Sales Enablement and Execution

  • Support internal sales teams by developing Microsoft-focused sales motions.
  • Assist with deal qualification, understanding pre-sales requirements and supporting with proposals.
  • Alignment and management of pipeline tracking across Azure, Modern Work, and Business Applications portfolios.

Business Planning and Operations:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business plans in line with Microsoft fiscal goals.
  • Assist with reporting, business reviews, and forecasting activities for both internal and vendor stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional engagement and execution of marketing activities, lead management with sales teams, presales, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive customer engagement.

Go-to-Market Leadership:

  • Supporting Microsoft Alliance Lead to define and execute GTM campaigns and promotional activities with Microsoft and other ISVs (marketplace offers).
  • Identify new market opportunities and support readiness plans for solution launches or partner-led offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive demand generation efforts for Microsoft cloud solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, program management, or cloud sales (preferably in the Microsoft ecosystem).
  • Proficiency in understanding cloud platforms such as Microsoft CSP, LSP and Azure
  • Technical familiarity with Microsoft Azure, CSP licensing, and the Microsoft Partner ecosystem.
  • Experience working in or with sales teams targeting mid-market or enterprise customers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good financial and business acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications in Azure Fundamentals, Azure Sales/Business, or CSP programs.
  • Familiarity with partner center, licensing portals, or incentive tracking tools.
  • Prior experience supporting Microsoft partner programs or within a Microsoft Partner of Record environment.
