Our client is looking for a suitably qualified individual to assist them on the 'Deal / transactions' side of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Involved in business development and deals / transactions with the guidance of your Senior consultant.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Either a BSc QS or BSc Building Science / Construction Management, BSc Civil, or a BSc Property Studies.
2. Age: 25 - 35 years old as this is a junior position.
3. Previous experience in: Business development, Construction, Property, QS development, Leasing, or a combination.

You will work with the Senior consultant and be developed and grown within the company as you gain experience over the years.
