• Ages 18–25 and able to commit to the full learnership.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a business environment.
• Currently unemployed and available for the full duration of the learnership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organisational analysis and prepare reports.
• Develop analysis plans and proposals to meet business objectives.
• Support the development of business strategies.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.
