They must have effective communication in written and verbal English, be proficient in Microsoft applications, and currently live in Gauteng. The position requires candidates to assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, conduct market research, prepare functional specifications and user stories, participate in requirement review sessions, create process flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, collaborate with developers, testers, and other team members, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), maintain project documentation, and prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.Skills required include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
