Qualifications

• Experience in project management is required.

Overview

To support the Business Analyst in tasks related to the support, testing, business process improvement and projects related to system enablement.

Qualifications

• Matric or NQF level 5
• National Diploma or bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering
• Six Sigma Green Belt (Advantage)

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience with Enterprise Supply Chain Technology
• Project management
• Knowledge and Experience with Enterprise Platforms such as AX, D365, Power BI, Excel, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
• ERP Supply Chain Modules including Order Management, Demand/Supply Planning, and Customer Service
• Deep understanding of chain of custody for critical value streams such as Lifecycle Management

Duties

• Support Snr Business Analyst to establish project approach and timeline
• Support the Snr Business Analyst in leading and executing the documenting of the current-state and future-state business process requirements including data flows, configurations, and reporting needs
• Assist in training of new users
• Support in Implementation and setting up of systems
