Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a bright and inquisitive Junior Business Analyst to join their growing team in a fully remote capacity in South Africa. The role focuses on bridging business needs with technical solutions, gathering requirements, analyzing processes and documenting outcomes to support project success.

You will work with stakeholders across departments, gain practical experience in UAT support and documentation, and pursue professional training and certifications in business analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
