A leading recruitment agency seeks a Junior Brand Manager in Cape Town to oversee brand management for over 20 brands. The role involves developing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and executing effective brand communications. Ideal candidates will have a degree in marketing and three years of relevant experience in a dynamic environment.
To support in all activities related to the Brand Management of more than 20 brands in the Southern Africa region.
The Junior Brand Manager supports on all aspects related to the brand plans and marketing activities.

COMMUNICATION
Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge and Discipline
3 years experience in Marketing, Branding or Sales
Valid Drivers Licence and Own Vehicle
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or similar
Ability to prioritize tasks and to manage efficiently time / resources to optimize the activities in a
dynamic environment and diversified portfolio.
The ability to define and implement actions that follow the global guidelines and consider the short- and long-term view and the characteristics of the local market environment.
Ability to analyse, interpret and effectively communicate business data
Analytically strong with advanced Microsoft office proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Establish and develop mutually beneficial and trusting business relationships with key internal /
external stakeholders.
Generate, inspire and explore new and relevant ideas by thinking out-of-the-box.
Knowledge and ability to effectively use different brand communication tools such as advertising,
online marketing, public relations activities, direct marketing, sales campaigns to promote brands, to
reach a wider audience.
Drive for results and leaderships skills.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
Highly creative with ability to think out of box.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Proven ability to assist in developing brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate
recommendations.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
Excellent command of the English language.
