We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Junior Brand Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing marketing and brand strategies for our VMS and Foods products and services. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will assist with the development and implementation of the overall brand, product and digital strategy.


Responsibilities
  1. Support the development and execution of the overall VMS brand and product strategy
  2. Contribute to brand and product strategy by analysing market trends, insights, and statistical data
  3. Create and implement integrated marketing communications (ATL, BTL and digital) that inspire passion, belief and pride in the brand
  4. Oversee the management of brand collateral
  5. Assist the Senior Brand Manager on innovative growth strategies, product development, pricing and new launches to address market gaps and establish leadership in the category
  6. Implement and manage digital activation strategy across the Vital brand
  7. Coordinate and manage the planning and execution of both internal and external brand events
  8. Design and maintain the internal and corporate Vital communication plan
  9. Manage company profile across social media platforms
  10. Develop and maintain digital metrics and benchmarks to measure the quality of growth and engagement
