Qualifications

• Basic bookkeeping experience with month-end close processes.
• Diploma or degree in bookkeeping, accounting, or similar is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping and transactional processing.
• Issue invoices on behalf of clients.
• Raise bills on accounting software.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
• Perform cryptocurrency wallet reconciliations.
• Process manual journals.
• Raise accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Assist with financial statement preparation.

Skills

Basic bookkeeping experience

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Hands-on experience with cloud accounting software

Familiarity with digital wallets/payment gateways

Education
