Job summary

Pronel Personnel in Pietermaritzburg seeks a finance professional to support day‑to‑day accounting tasks. You will capture source documents, process cashbooks, post journals, and perform supplier and customer reconciliations to ensure accurate records.

You will also assist with VAT preparation, payroll processing, and month-end activities up to Trial Balance, plus ad hoc duties to keep the finance team efficient.

• Assist with VAT preparation support.


• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.


• Complete credit applications and maintain neat, accurate accounting records.


• Assist with month-end processing and prepare accounts up to Trial Balance.


• Assist the finance team with additional ad hoc duties as required.
