Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior beauty therapists with various treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
• Perform basic beauty treatments under supervision, such as threading, tinting, and simple facials.
• Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well‑stocked with necessary supplies.
• Sterilize and maintain all salon equipment and tools according to health and safety standards.
• Welcome clients, manage appointment bookings, and handle client inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well‑cared for.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the salon reception and common areas.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and reordering supplies.
• Learn and adhere to all salon policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support the salon team in promoting special offers and services to clients.
