Salary : R15 000 – R20 000 CTC (Depending on Experience)

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Admission

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• LLB degree (Postgraduate qualification in Commercial Law is advantageous)

Experience

• Proficient with CIPC processes (registration of companies, trusts, etc.)
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including:
• Shareholders’ Agreements
• Joint Ventures
• Supply & Service Contracts
• Loan and Security Agreements
• Exposure to commercial litigation is advantageous
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks, including:
• Companies Act
• Consumer Protection Act
• King IV Corporate Governance Principles

• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
• Commercially astute with sound problem-solving ability
• Confident in advising on transaction structuring and risk management
