DUTIES

• Handle commercial law and insolvency matters from inception to completion.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Consult with clients and provide legal advice.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, notices, and correspondence.
• Appear in court where required.
• Attend consultations, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, sheriffs, correspondents, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and manage legal files and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines.
• Assist senior attorneys with complex legal matters.
• Monitor developments in relevant legislation and case law.
• Ensure high standards of client service and professional conduct.

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
