As a Junior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our Post-Investment Management (PIM) team, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and data integrity across our portfolio companies.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in impact investing while working alongside industry experts.

What You'll Do

• Investee Monitoring & Compliance (50%)
• Support the Investee Compliance Officer (ICO) function by managing monthly board reporting.
• Track and analyze PIM data trends across funds, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with compliance checks and follow-ups on ICO-related queries.

• Operations & Administration (50%)
• Maintain and organize critical documents on SharePoint.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and assist in preparing PIM reports.
• Support impact measurement by managing job and impact-related data.
• Help streamline reporting processes and improve data consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or Actuarial Science.
• Recently qualified CA(SA) or completion of articles.
• 1–3 years experience in a similar role, internship, or financial environment (keen interest in Venture Capital / Impact investment environment).
