Job summary

VKB Agriculture is seeking a customer-focused retail professional to join our team in stock control and marketing of agricultural commodities. You will ensure product availability, assist walk-in customers, and handle telephonic and email inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has Grade 12, 2–3 years in agriculture retail, and strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and train continually.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or NQF 4
• 2-3 years experience in agriculture retail environment is required
• Knowledge of Animal Medicine will serve as an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Orientation towards marketing and client service
• Team orientated
• Willing to undergo continuous training
