We are a fast-growing, ethical, micro-lending business dedicated to providing accessible financial solutions to communities. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Admin to support our operations and contribute to the efficiency of our business.

Position Overview:

As a Junior Admin, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations across various functions. You will assist in handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a dynamic and rapidly evolving company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager and team
  2. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
  3. Maintain and update office records, documents, and files
  4. Assist with reporting on business performance, tracking KPIs, and organizing data
  5. Support the opening of new kiosks, assisting with logistical tasks as needed
  6. Manage daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  7. Handle client communication and provide customer service support as needed
  8. Assist in managing and tracking business performance data and sales reports
  9. Handle basic office tasks, such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and updating databases

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  2. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Comfortable using office software, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  6. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
  7. Previous administrative or office experience is an advantage (but not required)
  8. A keen interest in micro-lending or financial services is a plus
  9. Reliable and eager to contribute to the overall success of the business
