Somerset West - Manufacturing concern is seeking to employ a detail-oriented Junior Admin Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks as well as assisting the receptionist as and when required. This position is an excellent opportunity for junior candidate or recent graduates to gain experience in an office environment.

Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
  • Main function will be HR related – dealing with staff forms, queries, correspondence etc.
  • Performing general HR and office administrative tasks such as data entry and document organization etc
  • Assisting with reception duties
  • Providing support to the office manager
Requirements Include:
  • Matric (Accounting will be advantageous)
  • Post Matric qualification in HR or Office Management etc would be advantageous
  • Well spoken English and Afrikaans
  • Knowledge of Office – Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • Own reliable transport (advantageous)
  • Sage experience will be a great advantage – placing of orders, etc
