Requirements :
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Google Sheets).
  • Solid knowledge of debtors, creditors, invoicing, and purchase orders.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and be timely.
  • Clean criminal record with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
  • Trustworthy, honest, proactive, and self-starting attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Remain calm and composed in stressful situations, demonstrating emotional resilience.
Key Duties :
  • Bank Imports : Recording and allocating transactions to appropriate accounts.
  • Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Payment Processing : Loading payment batches, managing supplier reconciliations, and handling queries and disputes.
  • Managing the daily cash sheet and cash flow.
  • Invoicing and processing refunds as necessary.
  • Following up on supplier payments and cash flow.
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems for audits.
  • Providing month-end information to auditors.
  • Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks, including month-end and year-end closing.
  • Ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

  • Display emotional resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Adaptability to changing needs and responsibilities.
  • Effective engagement with diverse teams and individuals.
Qualifications and Experience :
