  • Posting GL Journals
  • Preparation of audit file
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding financial matters
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly expense analysis
  • Reconciling of balance sheet accounts
  • Help prepare financial reports and summaries for internal use
  • Posting GL Journals
  • Payment authorization
  • Preparation of audit file
  • Manco Reporting
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding financial matters
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Matric
  • Financial Diploma or Degree
  • 2 - 5 years accounting reporting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
