Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
• Prepare and maintain financial records such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Monitor expenses and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely recording of transactions.
• Provide support for audits and tax preparations.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Senior Accountant or Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Monitor and track company expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Provide support for audit and tax preparation processes
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internship experience will be considered)
