About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support their finance team in Richards Bay. You will work closely with the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager, contributing to accurate financial record-keeping and reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for the accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with general ledger entries.
• Support the year-end closing process and audit preparations.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both digital and physical.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
