We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Accountant to join our finance team.

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in process improvement, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and review reconciliations across the group.
2. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and bank transactions to ensure accuracy.
3. Manage and approve payments and assist with streamlining payment processes.
4. Help implement a more efficient credit card process.
5. Maintain the fixed asset register and related processes.
6. Prepare and review general journal entries to ensure timely and accurate record-to-report processes.
7. Review monthly reports and support the month-end close process.
8. Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
9. Work on improving efficiency, automation, and internal controls.
