We are seeking a Junior Account Manager (“JAM”) to join our client services team. You will become an expert in our product suite, engaging with organiser clients to ensure their needs are met. The role involves account management and customer service/operations, with potential exposure to multiple territories and time zones. This hybrid role requires at least 3 days per week in our Cape Town office. The JAM will report to the Senior Account Manager in SA and the Senior Client Operations Manager in the UK.
