Job Description

• To Assist the lodge manager in all aspects of running the lodge.
• Management of 14 staff.
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, admin where needed, F&B assistance.
• Hosting of guests.
• Transport of staff to and from the main gate.
• Shopping trips when needed.

Qualifications

Formal Qualification in hospitality management

Skills

Must have previous experience in a 4 / 5-star Safari Lodge.Must have valid driver’s license.An excellent communicator. Must be able to manage staff. Must be computer literate and have excellent admin skills. Must have a good eye for detail. Must have a good work ethic. Will report to the Lodge Manager and General Manager. Must be able to manage the lodge when the lodge manager is on leave.

3 weeks on 1 week off work cycle. 21 days annual leave. Performance bonus. Uniform is provided. Meals are included whilst on duty. Laundry. Accommodation has a limited DSTV package as well as WIFI.
