Employment Terms by Region
- South Africa: 3-month probation contract, then permanent.
- Netherlands/Belgium: 6-month contract > 12-month contract > permanent.
- Portugal/UK/USA: Independent contractor initially, followed by a permanent contract.
- Germany/France: Permanent contracts.
