Your Mission :

Requirements :

1. Proven experience in commercial underwriting with a track record of success.
2. Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
3. Creative problem-solving mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
4. In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, market trends, and emerging risks.
5. Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
6. Matric is an essential requirement.
7. FAIS Credits (as per FAIS requirement).
8. Must be Fit & Proper in terms of the FAIS Act.
9. Regulatory Exam : Representatives.
10. Must not be debarred with FSB.
11. Must not work under FAIS supervision.
12. Extensive experience within the Short-Term insurance industry.
13. 5 – 8 years of commercial underwriting experience.
14. 2 years and more experience as a Team Leader.
