- Support daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Drive sales targets and monitor performance metrics
- Lead by example with exceptional customer service and in-store presentation
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates
- Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and promotional displays
- Handle administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
Requirements :
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- High energy, hands-on, and customer-focused approach
