Job summary

Sanofi South Africa in Johannesburg invites a Graduate in the Country Quality Department to learn the quality management system, focusing on Product Technical Complaints management and supporting the department in maintaining local quality processes in line with global standards.

You will assist in remediation, data analysis, and filing activities, work on ongoing projects, and gain exposure to regulatory requirements within a pharmaceutical quality environment.

Qualifications

• BTech Pharmaceutical Sciences degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality team in addressing identified gaps.
• Drive the implementation of remediating action plans.
• Monitor the complaints mailbox, the mobile phone and other channels of communication.
• Identify missing information in a complaint and follow up on the receipt thereof.
• Provide assessment of temperature excursions to MedInfo when needed.
• Assist in maintaining local Quality Documents aligned with global documents and local regulations.
• Contribute to the Country Quality Review data analysis and presentation.
• Assist the team on filing and tracking activities where needed.
• Assist the team on any ongoing projects and provide the relevant feedback as required.
