Job summary

Roche in Johannesburg seeks a capable professional to support governance in line with local regulations, working with the Network Lead to maintain our license to operate and ensure audit readiness. You will contribute to culture and staff morale initiatives while coordinating with the SAN Leadership Team, leveraging your organizational skills and collaborative approach.

This role emphasizes cross-functional cooperation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• NQF 7 in Medical science and/or Project Management fields.
• Organized, good planner, structured mindset.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Teamwork and great collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Office of the Network Lead to ensure enterprise-wide governance is maintained in line with local legislation and required regulations to maintain our license to operate
• Track key affiliate policies to ensure audit readiness and audit success
• Assist Office of the Network Lead and the SAN Leadership Team to work on initiatives to improve overall company culture and staff morale
