Job summary

Forvia in Pretoria seeks a Maintenance Graduate to ensure an optimum production process by managing FMEAs, process flow diagrams, and standard manufacturing operations to meet customer specifications using Faurecia and Forvia standards.

You will assist the maintenance team in data capture and analysis, lead QRCI investigations into quality issues, and support FMEA reviews to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience on computer systems and basic data capture.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical processes, parameters & programs in assembly, milling, vibrations, US & HF welding robots/processes with fixtures/tools.
• Lead and generate QRCI to investigate quality concerns caused by equipment or process.
• Assist maintenance in data capture and analysis to enhance decision-making and optimize performance.
• Support the Maintenance Manager in reviewing process FMEAs.
