Job summary

Forvia is seeking an HR Controlling Graduate to ensure accuracy, governance and reporting of HR data and costs at our Pretoria campus. You will support strategic decision-making through analytics, budgeting and forecasting while upholding internal controls.

In this role you will prepare HR dashboards, analyze headcount and labor metrics, deliver monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and monitor workforce trends to identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field.

• Analyze headcount, labor costs, overtime, absenteeism, turnover, and other people metrics.
