• Port Operations Department: National Diploma/Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field

• Port Operations Department: National Diploma/Degree in Enterprise Risk Management
• SHERQ Department: National Diploma/Degree in Safety, Health & Environmental Studies
• Finance Department: National Diploma/Degree in Financial Management & Accounting
• Marine Department: National Diploma in Maritime Studies
• Legal Department: LLB Degree
• People Management Department: National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or relevant field
