Job summary

Transnet NPA invites graduates to join a 24-month Graduate Internship Programme designed to provide practical exposure under supervision by qualified professionals. Interns will be placed in TNPA departments at Port of East London based on academic background, career goals, and business needs.

Responsibilities include following the structured training, undergoing performance reviews, and completing duties as outlined in the development programme and assigned tasks by Transnet National Ports

Qualifications

• Marine Department: National Diploma in Business Administration.
• People Management Department: National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Psychology, or Industrial Psychology.
• Finance Department: National Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management.
• Commercial Services Department: National Diploma in Public Relations, Journalism, Communication Science, or Media Studies.
• Supply Chain Management Department: National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or Procurement Management.
• Legal Department: LLB or equivalent.
• ICT Department: National Diploma/Degree in Software Development, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
• SHERQ Department: National Diploma/BTech in Environmental Health, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or Biodiversity Natural Resource Management.
