Job summary

Sanlam is seeking a data analytics professional within the Forensic Services department to support fraud risk management across business clusters. The role involves data extraction, reporting, investigations and creating business models in collaboration with Forensic Investigators and stakeholders.

Key duties include producing MIS reports, updating report views, performing adhoc investigations, and building analytical models to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 required.
• Related qualification in data science preferable (maths and statistics).
• Relevant accreditations in tools, applications (Python, R, SQL) preferred.

This role exists in our Sanlam Life and Savings: Forensic Services department that focuses on providing effective fraud risk management services to all business clusters serviced. This is a specialist technical role that works closely with the Forensic Investigators, and various stakeholders within the business, and whose primary responsibilities are to undertake data analytics, investigations and reporting.
