A 10-month fixed‑term Genesis Programme (1 Feb – 30 Nov 2027) offering hands‑on engineering experience from day one. Trainees work alongside experienced consultants and project managers, mastering PLM and CAD tools while contributing directly to customer‑facing projects across multiple sectors. Requires attending an assessment centre in Pretoria in August/September 2026.
