Job summary

ABSA invites applicants to join the Global Markets Graduate Programme, an 18-month structured internship offering rotations across Fixed Income, Equities, FX, and more in Johannesburg. You will work on real deals across Africa, supported by coaching from desk heads and mentorship from senior leaders.

You will develop leadership, risk management, and sales skills while contributing to the CSI initiatives, with exposure to a diverse team and industry experts.
