• Complete intensive technical and functional Cloud Support Builder standards training and pursue AWS certifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer support cases across telephone, email, and live chat channels by investigating root causes
• Design, build, and deploy internal tools, scripts, and applications for AWS Support Engineers
• Participate in strategic support initiatives, process improvements, and cross-location intern projects

Qualifications

• Minimum NQF Level 6 higher education qualification in a Tech-related field (currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited institution)
• Unemployed prior to joining the program and under 35 years old at the time of application
• Basic knowledge of at least one functional scripting language (e.g., Python, Perl, Ruby, shell scripting), Networking, Databases, and Operating Systems (Windows / Linux)
• AWS Certifications (Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate) are advantageous; preference given to designated South African Employment Equity groups
