POSITION INFO

• Relevant Bachelors Degree aligned to Training & Development

Reporting directly to HR Department

• Knowledge on Workplace Skills Plans
• SETA an Advantage
• Fulfil the Training Requirement of New & Existing Staff
• Administering Regular & Detailed needs Assessments
• Co-ordinate External Training as required by Company
• Tracking & Monitoring the Training & Development needs of Staff by liaising with Head of Department's & HR

Minimum Requirements:

• MUST have GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verified
