Job description

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be trained to manage both inbound and outbound sales activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development, with comprehensive training provided. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Inbound Sales :

o Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

o Provide product details, answer questions, and assist customers through the buying process.

o Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

o Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.

  • Outbound Sales :

o Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new leads.

o Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to target new business.

o Build strong customer relationships to increase retention and loyalty.

o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

o Accurately log customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

o Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up documents for potential customers.

o Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales objectives.

  • Product Knowledge :

o Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services through ongoing training.

o Stay up to date with industry trends to offer expert advice to customers.

o Work with marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

o Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies.

Skills & Experience :

  • Junior Role : Ideal for a young, energetic individual eager to start a career in sales.
  • Experience : Some experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required. Full training will be provided.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel to customer locations if needed.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients confidently.
  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office) and CRM systems is a plus
