Qualifications

  • Minimum de BSc en Human Movement / Health Sciences est requis.
  • 0-1 ans d'expérience en vente est préférée.
  • Anglais courant est essentiel.

  • Développer les affaires et fournir un soutien technique lors des interventions théâtrales.
  • Former les chirurgiens et le personnel de salle.
  • Rencontrer les objectifs de vente quantitatifs et qualitatifs.

Job description

Develop and understand how to maintain and grow current business while seeking new opportunities.

Sales and marketing of all products in the designated range.

Attend theatre cases to learn, develop, and apply knowledge in a theatre environment, providing technical support when required.

Ensure full compliance with hospital procedures, the SAMED code of conduct, and CRICE.

Prepare, review, and update surgeon preference lists, including quotes.

Develop skills to conduct customer calls to drive business growth.

Lead the development of existing and new accounts.

Plan and coordinate sales calls and strategies.

Provide ongoing training to surgeons, registrars, and theatre staff.

Meet quantitative and qualitative objectives outlined in the annual sales plan for the territory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a BSc Degree in Human Movement / Health Sciences.
  • 0-1 years sales experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong communication, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building, networking, coaching, facilitation, and feedback skills.
  • Valid code 08 driver’s license and own reliable transport.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook.
