Job summary

Pronto Labour Team is seeking a Junior Factory/Production Supervisor for FMCG/manufacturing in the Johannesburg area. The role requires matric and 1–2 years of factory/production supervision experience, with an understanding of production workflows, and strong computer literacy.

The successful candidate will ensure operations planning, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations, while coordinating maintenance and equipment as needed.
