Job Responsibilities :
Develop brand growth plan for brands under person's control, including new product strategy development & executionResponsible for financial and SOM KPIs delivery - e.g. projecting brand volume, profit, market share, delivering brand P & LUnderstand and analyze company, channel, category, consumer and shopper data effectivelyAnalyze and drive insights from sales trends, competitive performance and industry trends to recommend strategic choices and actions to drive the business.Work closely with Local Brand Marketing colleagues, local & Cluster retail marketing and cluster customer development to align timing and content of in-store activation, social media and eCom programsAssist Director of Marketing HPC on budget management to reconcile all spend on a monthly basisAssist in the development and execution of marketing support initiatives to drive core base business products
Drive excellent execution of the support planSupport innovation projects and leads the execution with the cross-functional teamProactive acting on the brand performance and eager to identify new opportunities to drive additional growth and cost saving opportunitiesSupports managing media, consumer and trade promotion, market research, product development, pricing, volume and operations planning, and financial mix of brand / product line.Support media production process and budgetManage business decisions in partnership with brand leaders and present related activities to Senior Management for review and direction setting.Support ANP management for own categoryRequired Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Science / Mgt / Commerce, Marketing or related fields (Honours Degree advantagous)2+ years Experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing or Advertising / Research Agency / InnovationExperience in brand marketing, or management consultingCritical thinking & problem solvingBrand marketing knowledgeEffective communicatorConfirmed operational resultsKnowledge of Retail Environment strategyInfluence without direct authority, negotiate optimally and form relationships with cross functional team membersAbility to lead multiple tasks simultaneouslyHandle ambiguity & complexityBe proactive & a self-starterMedia / Advertising / Branding jobs
