What’s the role?

You will be responsible for :

• Evaluate and purchase second-hand jewellery, gold, and Krugerrands
• Build trust with clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and face-to-face consultations
• Negotiate and close win-win transactions with sellers
• Use our lead generation system to qualify prospects and schedule valuations
• Maintain clear records in our CRM, ensuring transparency and compliance
• Provide exceptional customer service that encourages referrals and reviews
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition and purchase targets

• Knowledge of second-hand jewellery and precious metals
