This is a great job opportunity for a fluent Japanese speaking shipping agent to work for an international freight shipping agency in Cape Town, South Africa . This company provide shipping and logistics services, both ocean and air freight services to their customers throughout South Africa .

As the Japanese Shipping Agent in Cape town, South Africa , your job will require you tobe coordinating all elements and activities pertaining to a vessel calling / leaving port, including all legal / regulatory requirements, as well as requirements of the Master and Owners.

Japanese Shipping Agent job requirements :

• Fluent Japanese speaker
• You must be a self-starter
• Must be customer oriented
• Must have good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Must be able to translate between English and Japanese
• Must be able to work under pressure and handle customer queries
• Experience in the fishing and / or shipping industry would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience in shipping is not a pre-requisite for this position and full training will be provided.
