We are seeking a Janitor / Custodian to help us keep local government locations clean and safe for the community.

As a member of our team, you can choose to work within a team setting or individually.

The position includes paid training and all necessary tools for you to perform necessary day-to-day general cleaning duties.

This position offers flexible hours and a great way to earn extra income.

With day and evening shifts available, we have options to fit your schedule.

Pay & Perks : The pay range is $17 - 20 per hour, depending on experience and work quality.

We also offer a SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with employer matching (similar to a 401(k)).

Duties & Responsibilities : Perform general cleaning duties such as cleaning restrooms, vacuuming carpets, emptying trash, mopping floors, dusting, etc.
Keep buildings clean and orderly.
Perform routine maintenance tasks.
Organize custodial closets and spaces.
Maintain the working condition of cleaning equipment.

Requirements : Must pass a background check.
Reliable transportation is required.
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related fields preferred.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
