IT Trainer

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical training courses focused on Cisco and Microsoft technologies.
• Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on labs.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners to ensure knowledge retention.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Cisco and Microsoft solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customise training programs based on business needs.
• Provide mentorship and support to trainees, ensuring their professional growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of training experience in a corporate environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Cisco and Microsoft certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE) are essential.
• ITIL (Foundation, High Velocity, Create, Deliver and Support) certifications are essential.
• TOGAF certification is essential.
• COBIT 2019 and ISO 27001 advantageous.
• Experience as a Service Desk Analyst or Service Desk Manager.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud computing, and enterprise IT solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive training content.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
