Job Requirements

1. Microsoft certification: MS 365 MCSE MCSA Cybersecurity Azure (advantageous)
2. Knowledge of: Active Directory and Group Policies
3. Basic understanding of: network protocols TCP/IP, DNS (Domain Name System), DHCP, and VPN
4. Knowledge of: troubleshooting hardware and software issues
5. Strong experience with: Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows Server)
6. Strong knowledge of: Microsoft desktop products including Office, Office 365, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
7. Experience in: working with and setting up laptops, desktops, and printers
8. Good understanding of: systems and network security (VLAN Routing)
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
10. Proficiency in: English & Communications
11. Ability to: manage time effectively and work under pressure
12. Willingness to: travel if need arises
13. Valid: driver's license

Salary

Negotiable based on experience.
