You will be responsible for ensuring incidents, requests, and problems within Minopex are resolved and responded to within the required SLA. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming employee requests on-site and remotely across corporate IT, software, networks, and supporting business systems across the EMEA region.
Please take note that the position is site-based and it is preferred that the candidate resides in the Witbank and surrounding areas. Due to the role having a wider responsibility to the region and other sites, some site travel and nights away can be expected.
