Key Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Deliver exceptional technical support both in-person and remotely (phone and TeamViewer).

Conduct routine system and network maintenance.

Work collaboratively with the IT team on new technologies and projects.

Train end-users on IT systems and procedures.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
