Job description

Full IT support function at non-IT clients including but not limited to:

1. Networking – cable and wireless – maintenance, fault finding, design.
2. Microsoft – all OS's for Servers and Desktops up to Windows 11 and Server (exposure to iOS beneficial).
3. Anti-Virus.
4. Firewalls – Fort iGATE.
5. Backups – Acronis and Ultrabac.
6. Cloud computing, including AWS.
7. SharePoint.

Minimum Requirements :

1. Matric.
2. Minimum of 5 years working experience as an IT Tech.
